Job TitleEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be:An active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and work collaboratively in the development, implementation, and revision of each patient's interdisciplinary treatment plan.Observing and evaluating each patient as well as documenting their observations and evaluations.Providing the RN with relevant clinical information.Using nursing knowledge of medical, surgical, and behavioral health nursing to effectively provide direct patient care, observing, and documenting outcomesProviding patient and family education.Working collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
