Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing team in the Brandon, FL market. In this role, you will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the local territory. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, licensing support, and the tools you need to succeed.

This is a full-time role with a clear path to leadership. Our client promotes 100% from within - every manager started in this exact position. You will learn the business from the ground up with a dedicated mentor and side-by-side coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in your assigned territory
• Conduct product presentations that clearly highlight features and benefits of life and supplemental health insurance solutions
• Prospect, negotiate, and close business
• Manage client accounts and deliver ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Track activities, leads, and performance using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Partner with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions

Preferred Skills Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience (inside or direct sales preferred)
• Strong territory and time-management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities (verbal and written)
• Natural ability to build long-term client relationships
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Comfortable handling basic paperwork and client documentation
• Ability to deliver clear, engaging product presentations
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively

Compensation

• Uncapped commissions + bonuses incentives
• Target First-Year Range: $42,000 – $89,000+. Depending on individual execution and production.
• Residual income potential as you build your book of business
