Requirements / Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in complex clerical or administrative work, preferably in a school district or high-volume administrative office. Demonstrated proficiency in records management, data input utilizing OASIS, and the application of independent judgment in administrative procedures.

The Clerk III in Student Records will perform responsible, sometimes confidential duties and routine administrative functions. This is the highest-level class in the general clerical series. Positions in this class have a greater working knowledge of the subject matter and functions of the office or department to which assigned.
