The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Chicago, IL area, with a mix of on-site customer visits and work-from-home tasks such as documentation and remote support. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves installing, commissioning, and servicing company equipment at customer locations, performing diagnostics, and resolving technical issues in the field. The Field Services Engineer will execute preventive maintenance, perform system inspections, and recommend improvements to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
