The Grinder Operator plays a crucial role in meat processing operations by efficiently operating grinders in the processing room. Working collaboratively within a team, this role demands precision, attention to detail, and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs to ensure continuous, high-quality production.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor meat grinding machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance on grinding equipment
- Ensure quality control standards are met in the processing room
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and productivity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
