Phlebotomist Rover
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist rover in Mobile, Alabama to perform blood collections and specimen handling across multiple sites. The role involves venipuncture, data entry, patient service, and traveling between locations Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Accurately enter patient information and maintain specimen logs
- Process billing information and collect payments
- Travel to additional patient service centers as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 3 months or more phlebotomy experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
