Be responsible for validating input data, devising an analysis methodology, and ensuring the quality of technical outputs to convey results concisely and clearly as a Wireless and RF Analysis Engineer. Represent the client's interests in technical working groups with your peers. Support the development of architectural blueprints for new networks and enhancements to production networks. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience performing advanced RF and wireless engineering for Federal, DoD, or complex technical infrastructure programs
• 5+ years of experience leading RF system design, spectrum management, interference analysis, coverage optimization, and comprehensive RF validation testing ensuring mission‑aligned performance
• Experience directing RF engineering activities across multi‑site, high‑complexity operational environments, providing expert guidance on signal propagation, system integration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with RF system design, propagation, coverage analysis, and troubleshooting
• Experience designing, deploying, testing, and troubleshooting microwave PTP or PtMP systems
• Experience performing RF testing, surveys, measurements, and system optimization
• Experience with wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, private cellular networks, Wi-Fi, or CBRS
• Knowledge of RF fundamentals including propagation, path loss, antenna characteristics, link budgets, interference, modulation, spectrum, and RF measurements
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of networking concepts and principles
• Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot complex wireless or RF problems

• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, RF Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• CompTIA Network+, Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification, or 5G Certifications

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
