A bit about us: Mid‑sized, highly regarded New York City real estate law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience. Job Details Requirements: Licensed to practice law in New York. 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience (with the ability to independently draft and negotiate leases). Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions is a plus. Interest in business development and client relationship management.
