As the hosts of the spa, they are dedicated to creating exemplary experiences for every client. Our Spa Ambassadors ensure that each service is memorable and exceptional. Their commitment to excellence helps us fulfill our mission of making every visit the highlight of each client's month.

Our Spa Ambassadors: 

• Meet membership sales targets 
• Have a detailed knowledge of our menu of services  
• Provide excellent customer care
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients 
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards 
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar
• Perform various other duties as assigned 

This part-time Spa Ambassador position includes both weekend and evening hours. Available shifts include:  

• Sundays: 9:30a - 6:30p
• Tuesdays: 2:30p - 8:30p
• Wednesdays: 10a - 3:30p
• Fridays: 2:30p - 8:30p
• Saturdays: 8:30a - 4:30p & 2:30p - 7:30p

Skills & Traits

• Communication: Ability to communicate with people and to provide service in a professional and personable way
• Authenticity: Ability to convey genuine enthusiasm for the position and the spa
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Ability to provide exemplary customer care at all times with the ability to translate this into potential Membership sales
• Reliability: On-time arrival. No last-minute call-outs. 'Requests' Off' limited to shifts that are covered by co-workers
• Computer Skills: Zenoti knowledge a plus

Qualifications:

• excellent computer literacy
• high school diploma+ is required
• must be 18 years old+
• must be exceptionally well-organized with an attention to detail
• must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
