Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,268 per week

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay 2268 $500 Contract Completion Bonus Job Details Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. 36 guaranteed hours per week for a 13‑week contract. Float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units, with possible float to other critical care units and inpatient units as needed. Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule required. No on‑call requirements. Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, typically in 4‑hour increments. Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), and NIHSS. Minimum 2 years experience required with 1 travel assignment preferred. Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU background with strong Neuro assessment skills required. EPIC charting experience required. Must be outside a 50‑mile radius of facility. Work with an 8‑bed Neuro unit caring for stroke, TBI, head injury, and neurosurgery patients. Experience with EVDs and ICP monitoring needed. Perform Neuro assessments and basic bedside ICU procedures including line placement and intubation. Handle bolt and drain bedside placements with Neurosurgery. Any color scrubs permitted. Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination.
