Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our progressively growing team in Baton Rouge. St. Martha's Village is a retirement community consisting of 262 apartment homes of seniors 62 and better. To ensure STR gets the best candidates, we offer a competitive salary and benefit package. In addition, we offer a variety of professional development programs and learning opportunities to enhance your overall knowledge of the industry.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support the Community Director in communication efforts with residents, management, and ownership.Ensure timely interim and annual recertification of all residents.Assist Community Director in building and maintaining accurate and complete resident files according to HUD guidelines.Assist Community Director in preparing for MOR's and REAC inspections.Run credit, criminal, and other background checks to ensure that the community's screening criteria is not compromised and the best possible tenants are found.Assist in the preparation of all applicant/resident documentation, including but not limited to those required by HUD and management.Effective communication with residents and applicants on all issues pertinent to their tenancy.Assist in enforcement of lease terms and rules and regulations.Assist the Community Director with various administrative duties crucial to the operation of the community.Effective and timely communications with Community Director and other staff members.All other related tasks as deemed necessary by management and ownership required to operate the property as efficiently as possible.Qualified candidates will receive a competitive pay and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, guaranteed holiday bonus, and much more!
