ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and is a team of four who are competitive, focused, and committed to delivering strong results. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a banker. I was inspired by several insurance agents I looked up to, which ultimately led me to pursue this career and build an agency of my own.

I’m a big family person with three children and a very close-knit family. Faith, family, Farm, and friends are the values that guide both my life and leadership style. I’m also a proud Mississippi State supporter.

I stay involved in the community through Rotary and my church, believing that strong local connections make a meaningful difference. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kevin Flurry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
