Better pension options Instant access to your pension - you take complete control A lot more work hours available Better upward mobility options More flexibility at work Key Responsibilities Perform commercial overhead door service, repair, and installation work Work on related systems, including operators, pedestrian doors, dock equipment, and access-related components Diagnose issues accurately and complete work safely and efficiently Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and leadership Identify additional repair, upgrade, or service opportunities in the field Maintain strong workmanship with low callback rates Participate in ongoing technical development and training Qualifications Commercial garage door industry experience is strongly preferred Strong technical field ability and confidence working independently Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Comfortable using mobile tools, service software, and company processes Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to submit to a background check if offered the position Pay And Benefits Full-time, W-2 Employment Pay: $35 to $50 per hour, based on experience Solid pension options provided Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance The company covers 100% of employee health insurance premiums HSA contribution PTO Paid training and development opportunities Company vehicle/field support Rotating on-call and weekend emergency coverage required Employee-owned culture: We offer a Stock plan that ties your financial success directly to our company's growth.
