Compassionate Hospice Chaplain (PRN) - End-of-Life Care

Ascend Home Health & Hospice in Southern Idaho seeks a compassionate PRN Hospice Chaplain to support patients and families in Preston, Malad, and Soda Springs. You will provide spiritual and emotional care at end-of-life, respecting each patient’s beliefs and wishes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, travel within the service area, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity at the end of life.
