Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager – Hazelwood, MO Immediate hiring for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role involves managing day‑to‑day warehouse operations, leading staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and account management. Drive customer service satisfaction and manage expectations. Staff performance management and development for both exempt and non‑exempt employees. Plan and schedule daily operations. Maintain health and safety standards. Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Provide off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises. Perform other duties as assigned. Intermediate supply chain management component knowledge. Strong manufacturing and production knowledge. Qualifications HS diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field. Minimum one (1) year of direct supervisory/leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced logistics industry knowledge. Advanced understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations. Intermediate supply chain management component knowledge. Strong manufacturing and production knowledge.
