Supervise and assist custodians. Ensure the established standards of cleanliness are followed. Clean and maintain public areas; i.e. hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms etc. Responsibilities Supervise and assist custodians with daily operations. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris. Responsible for property clean up including bio‑chemical/bio‑hazard material. Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years of cleaning experience. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, generally the duration of a shift. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
