Job Description
The Host is the first person in the establishment who will interact with customers, making their initial impression crucial. This employee is expected to courteously greet every entering customer. Host answers the phone and manages table assignments to different areas and servers on duty.

We are seeking Hosts who enjoy serving customers with a strong sense of urgency and kindness. They should use language and body language to provide customers with a pleasant welcome. No customer in Puerto Vallarta should feel ignored.
Enjoy working in a team, effective communication, and understand that the responsibility extends to the entire restaurant, not just their area.
Have a positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving of all types. Being open to change and receptive to feedback is essential in our company.
Adapt your work style to our system and be open to changes and new processes.
The Host should:
-Welcome guests.
-Escort guests to their tables.
-Ensure their satisfaction.
-Hand out menus.
-Wish them a good meal.
-Manage table assignments and reservations.

Es la primera persona del establecimiento que mantendrá el contacto con los clientes, por ello, tiene gran repercusión en la impresión inicial del cliente. Este empleado habrá de saludar cortésmente a todo cliente que entre.
De igual manera, contesta el teléfono y gestiona la repartición de mesas a las diferentes áreas y meseros en turno.

Estamos buscando Host que les guste servir a los clientes con alto sentido de urgencia y amabilidad. Que utilice el lenguaje y postura corporal para dar una bienvenida a los clientes placentera. Ningún cliente en Puerto Vallarta debe sentirse ignorado.
Que disfrute, del trabajo en equipo, la comunicación efectiva y entienda que todo el restaurante es su responsabilidad, no solo su área.
Tener una actitud positiva con enfoque en resolución de problemas de todo tipo, estar abierto al cambio y con disposición para recibir retroalimentación, es indispensable en nuestra empresa.
Adaptar su estilo de trabajo a nuestro sistema y que tenga apertura a los cambios y nuevos procesos.
