Residential Estimator & Takeoff Specialist

Megatel Homes Inc. in Uptown Dallas is seeking a Take-Off Estimator to validate and prepare material quantities for new and existing home plans. You will perform plan reviews, field walks, and BRIX/Plan Swift take-offs to ensure accurate estimates for brick, stone, interior trim, doors, hardware, lumber, tile, and flooring.
