Description Job Title: Resident Assistant/Caregiver – Our Resident Assistants/Caregivers provide help with the resident’s activities of daily living in a compassionate and supportive environment. Our team focus on providing care with dignity in a home-like environment. Who We Are: The Meadows at Shannondell is a personal care and memory care community that provides personalized care based on our resident’s medical needs. Few jobs offer the opportunity to make a difference in another person’s life every day. That’s exactly what our team of Resident Assistants/Caregivers do at The Meadows at Shannondell. Our dedicated staff build strong, loving bonds with the older adults they care for, and in return they receive genuine appreciation from residents and their families.
