Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN Case Manager

• Manage acute care case management, including transitions of care to home health and skilled nursing facilities
• Perform DCP assessments and utilize InterQual
• Conduct rounds with teams, MDs, and IDT

Requirements of the Travel RN Case Manager

• Experience with MEDITECH and MIDAS documentation systems
• Advanced DCP assessment skills
• Certification in Case Management preferred
