Job Description

General Labor – Concrete Yard & Construction Worker

Pay: $15–$17 per hour | Full-Time

Schedule

8-hour workdays

Start times vary by position between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM

45-minute lunch + scheduled breaks

Looking for steady work where you can stay active, work with your hands, and learn valuable construction skills? We’re hiring dependable General Laborers to join our concrete yard team!

What You’ll Do

Help bend and prepare rebar for concrete projects
Patch and repair concrete and cement materials
Handle and organize roofing materials
Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials
Assist with general construction and yard duties
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Perform other hands-on labor duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Dependable and hardworking individuals
Comfortable working outside in the Florida weather
Able to perform physical labor, lift materials, and stay on your feet throughout the day
Construction, concrete, roofing, or yard experience is a plus—but willingness to work hard is most important
Must have steel-toe boots
Must be have or be able to get a hard hat
Must have a flexible schedule —start times vary by position
