They will collaborate with project managers to compile proposal information while meeting the requirements laid out in the RFP. They will also assist with reviewing proposals for correct grammar, printing and shipping hard copies, and tracking proposals. Work for this position is fast paced and deadline driven, requiring skilled task and time management.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with internal consulting team and external partners to help develop compelling proposalsAnalyze RFP requirements, create compliance checklists, and ensure that proposals meet requirementsDevelop proposals using Word templatesReview and proofread proposalsProduce and ship hard copy proposal documentsAbility to use AI tools that can support proposal workFormat interview presentations using PowerPoint templatesCustomize staff resumes, project experience descriptions, and firm capability summariesOrganize and maintain proposal materials, including keeping proposal files, project summaries, and resumes up to dateAbility to create and manage production schedulesAssist with other proposal and marketing tasks as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree or certificate in marketing, business, English, or related fieldProven attention to detailHighly skilled in Microsoft Word and PowerPointStrong proofreading, editing, and reading comprehension skillsAbility to work with staff across several time zonesAbility to work within tight deadlinesFamiliarity and comfort with AI toolsAdditional PreferencesPrevious proposal development or consulting experienceTechnical writing/editing experienceMarketing experienceStudies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they can perform every job description task.
