Part-Time Marketing Assistant (Hybrid Remote & In Office)

As a remote Marketing Assistant, you'll work approximately 10-20 hours per week supporting our community outreach and social media initiatives. This role involves networking, attending events, and planning activities to strengthen our presence and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Attend virtual and in-person networking groups to build professional connections and generate leads.
• Plan, attend, and assist in organizing community events to increase our agency's visibility.
• Support live lead generation through outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate on social media content that reflects the agency's brand and engages with our community.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Track and report on outreach efforts and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, networking, or community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficient in social media platforms and online event planning.
• Resides in the Staten Island, NY or Bayonne, NJ area (must be available to attend occasional local events).

Compensation

• $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
• Part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility.
