Why You'll Love Working With Us $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) Dedicated mentorship & ongoing clinical training CEU stipend + free in-house CEUs Hybrid schedule with a mix of school, clinic, home, and remote work for documentation & consultation Competitive pay with opportunities for growth and salary increases Comprehensive medical, dental & vision benefits Generous PTO & retirement plan Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture The opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families every day What You'll Do Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Partner with children, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes Provide one‑on‑one consultation and behavioral support in schools, clinics, and home settings Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians while fostering professional growth Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure quality clinical services Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Reliable access to a mobile phone and internet for off‑site work Reliable transportation with personal auto insurance meeting minimum required limits (25/50 liability coverage) Current TB test within the past 6 months Ability to successfully pass FBI & DOJ background clearance Work Environment You'll work in a variety of settings, including: Schools Clinics Client homes This role may involve: Moderate to loud noise levels Active movement throughout the day Supporting individuals with diverse behavioral and developmental needs Ready to Make a Difference?
