We are licensed and permitted to operate in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, and specialize in providing patients, physicians, nurses, health plans, and other health care providers and partners with injectable and oral brand-name products. Our focus is to “Improve outcomes one relationship at a time,” and we achieve this through an experienced patient care team of doctors of pharmacy, registered nurses, reimbursement specialists, and dedicated patient care coordinators; all of whom deliver the highest level of comprehensive care and clinical support with every prescription. Job Description The Shipping & Facilities Agent (SFA) is responsible for performing shipping and receiving functions and minor building maintenance. Concerning shipping & receiving, the SFA will serve as the subject matter expert for packing patient shipments and will assure that all necessary subordinate processes are completed timely. The SFA will interface with drivers and customer service representatives from third party shippers (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.). The SFA will positively impact the company’s ability to meet the needs of the patient by accurately and correctly packing and shipping costly medications, minimizing waste and returns and implementing process improvements. Facilities duties may include general maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as well as spills and mishap cleanup. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of all duties and responsibilities of the shipping / warehouse.

1. Inspects each package for correct items, missing items, broken items, and records any problems with the packaging.
2. Assures the shipping information is double checked and then printed correctly on labels.
3. Ensures all shipping department reports are generated and submitted timely.
4. Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods and elimination of wasteful practices within the department.
5. Performs the loading and unloading of various stock items by lifting to and from shelves.
6. Oversees the loading and unloading of commercial and company truck deliveries on a daily basis.
7. Interface with external vendor to order supplies for warehouse operations as needed.
8. Ensures all merchandise, supplies and shipping containers are restocked for warehouse/shipping staff.
9. Assures all daily warehouse operations are completed. Communicates deficiencies with supervisor/manager.
10. Perform work necessary to maintain assigned facility(s) and equipment; may include general maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
11. Perform weekly building inspection and complete checklist, assuring that issues are addressed timely.
12. Assist with event planning and logistics; purchase furniture, equipment and supplies.
13. Interface with in-house resources and outside contractors
14. Participate in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for building integrity of the facilities and operations teams
15. Complete necessary reports and records to ensure facilities tickets are completed timely and satisfactorily.
16. Ensures all prescriptions are packaged appropriately and shipped through the correct vendor and method.
17. Manages to key business objectives (productivity / accuracy).
18. Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate.
19. Assist in purchasing when needed.
20. Maintains adherence to company policies and procedures, department requirements, safety standards and good housekeeping practice.
21. Performs other duties as assigned.
