Program Manager Top Skills Stakeholder management Product road mapping Process improvement Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with schedules in different time zones. Responsibilities Work with our global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs. Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. Create a program plan, manage schedules, and own end-to-end program delivery with a focus on high‑quality and on‑time delivery. Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with a large audience. Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow‑up on action items to closure. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Produce program reports for stakeholders. Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions. Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment. Provide a uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication and transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience. 10-12 years in a project/program management role managing software development projects. PMP certification is a plus. Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and managing a software build through different stages and environments, all the way from ideation to release. Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc. Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands‑on experience in JIRA Platform, GitHub, and Confluence. Experience in managing AdTech‑related programs is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital advertising and/or the Smart TV space is a plus. Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions. Experience simultaneously working on multiple programs with multiple stakeholders. Experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels. PMP certification is a plus.
