Overview Kore Autism Services (Kore) has provided in-home and community-based ABA therapy services in Houston, TX since 2022. Now is an exciting time to join Kore. In June 2026 we are opening our very first center! Kore values clinical collaboration among staff and is committed to providing functional, creative, and high-quality ABA therapy. Role Snapshot Clinical support, training, and opportunities to work with other clinicians: Weekly meetings to discuss cases and provide support to one another Monthly collaboration with Kore’s Clinical Director Caseload and Hours Part-Time, less than 30 hours a week Average client ages 2-10 Location This is a hybrid BCBA role in Houston, TX Must reside within 30 miles of 77401 and be available to be in person at least 2x per month BCBAs may provide in-home, community-based, and/or center-based services at the new center in Bellaire, TX Leadership and Growth Opportunities Learning how to enjoy your newfound work/life balance with the support of your team Potential to contribute to company culture and policy Potential for professional development into leadership positions (center director, assistant clinical/center director, quality assurance, training and other various avenues for growth within Kore) Requirements for the Role 1+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Commitment to personal, professional, and company growth.
