Financial Services Representative

World Finance helps customers meet their financial needs and unlock their financial well-being. We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. Hourly Pay $16-$18 per hour What you’ll do Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications, take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. Close approved and unmade applications daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager. Qualifications Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Demonstrated self-confidence and organizational skills. History of kindness, compassion, and helping others. Willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Team player skills, pitching in when needed and accepting help. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 5 lbs., may exert up to 30 lbs. of force. Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent interaction with customers and coworkers; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
