Day Shift: 05:45 AM - 06:15 PM

Job Description

This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Wound Care. The ideal candidate will provide quality care in a 45-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1. The role is primarily day shifts with potential for a block schedule, and requires floating as needed. Please note that there is a blackout period from December 24th to December 25th.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Assist with wound care management and telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ year of nursing experience in a Med-Surg, Telemetry, or Wound Care setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
