- Ongoing dates • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-4p - Min 3 months • Call Schedule: 5-6 days per month - Nights: 5p-7a - Weekend: 7a-7a • Call Volume: 80% Callback; 20% Consults • Call Ratio: 1:6• Patient Volume: 20-25• Avg No. of Surgeries per month: 20-30• Rounding included: Yes • Support Staff: 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 Front Office Staffs • Procedures: - General Urology (clinic & routine care) - Bread & Butter Urology - Robotic available • Other Info: - Hospitalist will do the admission - Will be the sole provider • EMR: Epic • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active WA License or IMLC • BC/BE (If BE, 0-5 years upon residency completion)• BLS, ACLS • DEA • Clean Record (highly preferred)
