- Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon equipment and workspace
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents and staff
- Manage your own schedule and appointments independently
- Supply necessary cosmetology tools and products required for services
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Current Illinois Cosmetology License required
- 1-3 years of beautician or hairstylist experience preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is a plus
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused personality
- Dependable and professional with strong communication skills
- Passionate about helping seniors look and feel their best
