This upcoming role will be focused on supporting our life sciences client on a variety of projects, ensuring that the project remains on a path to achieve desired schedule and budget outcomes. Come join us!Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Perform Project Controls Services service offering including but not limited to handling invoicing, purchase orders, capital planning, front end planning, project funding, project set up, construction technology, procure to pay, project, cost & commercial managing,Participate in the delivery of Portfolios, Programs & projectsFacilitate funding process by consolidating information from various sources into a holistic funding request document.Work closely with clients to effectively set up project systems and coding and communicate the requirements to those providing inputsEnable effective governance by providing relevant fact-based information including provision of reportsAssist in the smooth operation of the construction technology with a particular focus on ensuring the flow of information to enable efficient execution and controlParticipate in the development of project sourcing strategies and ensure the effective set up of the procure to pay structureForecast and Predictively influence the outcomes of projectIdentify, quantify monitor and partner to develop risk mitigation plansEnsure the effective closure of projects including the completion of all financial related activities Knowledge & Skills Required: Growing technical competency in many of the project controls service offerings such as Project set up, construction technology, procure to pay, project, cost & commercial managing, managing purchase orders, and invoicingUnderstand how your role contributes to the organization's goals. Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Highly proficient in the use of ExcelUtilize effective written and oral communication skills.
