Our Team has been providing the cutting edge treatment to all levels of our Communitys Behavioral Health needs for over 100 years. We offer a full range of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in our newly renovated units.You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.As a member of this team you will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.Our nurses serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.As a nurse on our team you will be responsible for coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Job QualificationsBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateNonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start dateRegistered NurseRegistered Nurse Diplomawill consider LTAC candidates interested in behavioral healthCompensation: $31.55 - $37.56- $45.07 based on years of experienceRelo- $1500SOB- up to 10K
