As a Brand Associate, you'll engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service, resulting in brand loyalty. You'll educate, inform, inspire, and wardrobe the customer using an omni-channel approach.

Responsibilities include treating all customers and employees with respect, promoting loyalty programs, engaging with customers to drive sales, enhancing customer experience, supporting sales floor and back of house, maintaining a neat work center, handling customer interactions, and executing operational processes.

Qualifications include being a good communicator, a customer-focused service provider, passionate about retail, a problem solver, agreeable to flexible schedules, able to utilize retail technology, and able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
