Healthcare Litigation Attorney

LHH is working with a Boston-based law firm known for advising mission-driven organizations is seeking a mid-level associate to join its litigation and regulatory practice focused on the healthcare sector.

This role offers significant exposure to complex disputes and high-impact matters involving healthcare providers, human services organizations, and regulated entities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal forums, including trial preparation, motion practice, and dispute resolution
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, licensing matters, and professional discipline cases
• Support clients in government investigations and enforcement actions
• Advise on compliance, risk management, and regulatory obligations across the healthcare space
• Work closely with clients in a trusted advisor capacity on day-to-day legal challenges

Requirements:

• 3–10 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare or other highly regulated industries
• Experience with administrative proceedings, investigations, or regulatory work is a plus
• Strong writing, analytical, and client management skills
• Ability to manage complex matters with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
• Massachusetts bar admission (or ability to obtain)

Compensation & structure:

• Salary Range: $120,000 -$225,000
• Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package
