Centerville Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the Centerville area of Dayton, OH, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. Part of the Pavilion Healthcare family of facilities, Centerville Health and Rehab is guided by a simple philosophy: "Personalized Care is at the Heart of Everything We Do." The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee all clinical operations, from short-term Rehab-to-Home services to long-term care. Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience is needed, and prior nursing home experience is required.

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and clinical care

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the nursing staff

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on resident care planning

• Manage nursing schedules, staffing, and quality assurance

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience required

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
