Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70 K-85K/yr

Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

At OptiMindHealth, we continuously strive to provide consistent, high-quality care and expand the reach of mental health care services in our communities. To combat the current mental health crisis, we are seeking compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our cause. Our team is supported by administrative staff to allow clinicians to focus on patient care.

The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving access to mental health care and thrive in a culture that emphasizes creativity, authenticity, and compassion. We offer excellent compensation, benefits, training, and flexibility.

Responsibilities include evaluating mental health conditions, providing care, collaborating with the team, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications include a Master's degree, a full, current license, experience with electronic health records, and effective communication skills.

Additional valuable qualifications include experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, and specialty practice areas.
