• BLS

Mandatory Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from the Commission of Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must possess a valid, current, full and unrestricted license in any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico during tenure of employment.
• Must have and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• Must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff.
