Due to our large scope of properties, there are many different avenues for career progression. About the Role We're seeking a proactive and organized Accountant to support our expanding finance team. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. You'll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the company's daily operations. What You'll Do Reconcile the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers Record and post basic journal entries Manage and maintain financial and accounting software Track and oversee the company's cash flow, including receiving, disbursing, and recording transactions Monitor and follow up on outstanding receipts Assist with month‑end close and prepare supporting documentation Take on other duties and special projects as assigned by your supervisor What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Oracle experience preferred, but not required Experience with accounting software and financial data entry Knowledge of standard accounting rules and procedures Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or multi‑entity environment is a plus Why Join Us?
