Application Instructions Completed application must include the following: 1) CV delineating education, training, certification status, appointments, positions held, publications, presentations, and teaching experience 2) Cover Letter describing commitment to working with a broadly diverse student and community population 3) Letters of Recommendation: a minimum of three, at least one from a colleague and one from a learner, evidencing excellence in the following: Cerebrovascular Neurosurgical Practice; with confirmation of successful surgical and medical management of complex cerebrovascular conditions Teaching; with confirmation of commitment to resident and/or medical student education and/or mentoring Professionalism; with outstanding ability to communicate effectively across multiple specialties An offer of employment is contingent upon verification of individual's eligibility for employment in the United States.
