Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in the Emergency Room.
• Initiate and manage emergency care plans.
• Ensure all medical equipment is functioning properly.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Provide support and guidance to other nursing staff and team members.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.

Requirements

• Experience in emergency nursing preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records.
