Strategic Leasing & Occupancy Specialist
Chinatown Community Development Center
Chinatown Community Development Center in San Francisco is seeking a Leasing and Occupancy Specialist to maximize occupancy by managing applicant pipelines, waitlists, and move-ins across our affordable housing portfolio. You will work with Property Management and Compliance teams to ensure timely placement of qualified applicants while maintaining HUD/LIHTC compliance.
