Finance Manager

**THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS*** Senior Financial Analyst (Direct-to-Consumer)Remote | High-Growth Consumer Brand We’re partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company seeking a Finance Manager to own financial planning and analysis for its Direct-to-Consumer Subscription business. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this highly visible role partners with Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations to drive strategic decision making through financial modeling, customer analytics, and commercial forecasting. Responsibilities Own the DTC P&L and commercial forecasting Continue to build and develop DTC subscription financial modeling Build customer cohort and subscription models Evaluate marketing investments, pricing, promotions, and new product launches Analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, and profitability Partner cross-functionally to guide strategic business decisions Develop dashboards, forecasts, and executive reporting Leverage AI tools to enhance financial analysis and productivity Qualifications 5+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience Strong DTC subscription business experience required Advanced financial modeling skills Experience with customer cohort analysis and subscription economics Excel expertise required; Shopify, QuickBooks, and BI tools are a plus Strong communication and business partnering skills Why It’s Exciting First Commercial FP&A hire with significant visibility Own financial strategy for a rapidly growing DTC business High-growth consumer company launching new products and expanding channels Equity opportunity Fully remote environment with collaborative leadership
