Job description: MIG Welder – Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Pay Rate: $18-$19.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a stable schedule and opportunities to grow. Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with other production duties as needed. Qualifications: Previous MIG welding experience is required. Welding certification is preferred or required (depending on experience). Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
