Senior SAP Analyst

*Description*
Our client is seeking a Sr. Analyst, CX Solutions to design, implement, and support SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, with a focus on delivering integrated customer engagement solutions that align with business objectives.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead and support SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
* Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Service Cloud V1 solutions, including lead and opportunity management, customer data management, service ticketing, workflows, and SLA processes.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
* Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party applications.
* Support testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
* Develop process documentation, training materials, and solution designs.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.
*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud V1 and SAP Service Cloud V1.
* Strong understanding of CRM and customer service processes.
* Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP Sales Cloud V2 and/or Service Cloud V2 experience.
* SAP CX certifications, SAP BTP, C4C SDK/ABSL, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Fiori integration experience.
* Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
