A direct hire opportunity is available for a Sales Account Coordinator in Columbia, SC. This role is ideal for a motivated sales support and business development professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating account activity, supporting new business efforts, and helping sales teams operate efficiently.

The Sales Account Coordinator will serve as a key connection point between prospects, customers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

- Support sales and business development activities related to new accounts, prospect outreach, and customer relationship management.
- Coordinate account information, sales documentation, proposals, follow-ups, and internal communication to help move opportunities forward.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other sales tracking tools.
- Communicate with clients and internal departments to help resolve questions, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with pipeline tracking, sales reporting, lead follow-up, and preparation for client meetings or presentations.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and support new business growth.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Columbia, SC.
