Open Positions:

PRN all shifts (both 8 & 12 hr shifts)

Full Time 6am-6pm with weekend rotation

Full Time 6pm-6am Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sat, Mon, Tues

Full Time 2pm-10pm Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri

What to Expect:

Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $20-$27/hour
