Must possess a valid public vessel license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority. Boat Captain Responsibilities Safely operate our fleet of boats on the lake. Provide exceptional guest experiences. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and relevant maritime laws. Communicate effectively with guests and team members. Maintain composure and attention to detail while working under pressure. Quick learning, attention to detail, and composure under pressure. Experience / Education High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience. Previous experience operating motorized boats and watercraft, preferably in a commercial or resort setting.
