Monitor and communicate vital patient condition changes to ensure mother and baby safety. + Serve as the central point for the multidisciplinary team, coordinating physicians, specialists, and support staff for seamless, holistic care. + Precisely and empathetically manage the birth experience, from executing physician orders to meticulously planning for safe discharge. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following are preferred: + Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program. + Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
