Work Environment\nThis is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you prefer, as long as you have internet access. As a member of our community health clinic, you will participate in a collaborative telehealth setting that champions teamwork and continual support. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. This arrangement provides you with a structured schedule while creating a work-life balance that fosters both personal well-being and professional effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct weekly virtual therapy sessions using live video technology to provide personalized, evidence-based care to adult clients. \n
- Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients. \n
- Utilize self-administered assessments to gauge symptoms, functional improvements, and progress toward therapeutic goals, and adjust treatment interventions accordingly. \n
- Document client progress in our health information management system in accordance with best practices, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards. \n
- Provide compassionate support to clients struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, fostering an environment that promotes healing and growth. \n
You will primarily work with adult clients, some of whom may present with higher-risk factors or more complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, holding a valid license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited educational institution. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting. \n
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and familiarity with digital tools that enhance remote therapy delivery. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adults dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders. \n
- Experience engaging with high-risk populations, including those experiencing chronic stress, trauma, or significant life transitions. \n
- Commitment to ongoing training and development in culturally responsive practices and the integration of digital tools in clinical work. \n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
